Yes of course. You need to enter the printing section you need and choose "insert layout". It is important that the submitted layout meets our requirements. You can see them in the section Layout requirements. If the layout you submitted doesn't meet our requirements, the system will not allow it to be submitted for printing and will point you to any errors. You will need to correct the errors and re-insert the layout.
