Warranty
Warranty periods:
For physical person, who purchases a product for a purpose not related to its economic or professional activity is guaranteed a2-year warranty
A 1-year warranty is provided for a legal entity.
Warranty doesn't apply if:
The product has not been used in accordance with the instructions or has been used for purposes for which it is not intended.
The product has been damaged intentionally or due to rough handling.
Proof of purchase (bill of lading and invoice, check, or receipt) must be kept in order to use the warranty right.
When making a purchase, a bill of lading is issued to the buyer together with the product, which at the same time serves as a warranty document. The bill of lading is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. Warranty documents are valid only if they correctly and clearly indicate: product model, serial number, date of sale. It is forbidden to make any changes, delete or overwrite the data indicated in the warranty documents - in this case, the warranty documents will be declared invalid.
