Terms of purchase

Please read and accept the online store FotoBarons.lv terms of purchase for proposed products.

  1. As the sale of FotoBarons.lv products is carried out through an offer posted on the Internet, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) a distance contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller when placing an order. .
  2. In the online store FotoBarons.lv all product prices are indicated including the currently valid Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product.
  3. You can pay for the ordered product and the selected delivery service by bank transfer.
  4. When making order, the customer must specify e-mail address to which an invoice and other necessary documentation will be sent.
  5. When ordering a product, we offer delivery in all Latvia by courier to the address specified by you, the fee is 8.5 EUR. The delivery time of the product is coordinated during the order processing.
  6. Before using the purchased product, carefully read the instructions for use of the product and use the product only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, in accordance with the product's characteristics and intended use.
  7. The Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia(PTAL) and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts" states that the buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of acquiring possession of the product (moment of delivery) without giving a reason and return the product purchased in the online store to the seller.
  8. Article 12, section 11 of the PTAL states that when refusing from a purchase in the case of a distance contract: "The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product if it has been used for purposes other than clarifying the nature, characteristics and performance of the product." We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the product, so that when exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the Distance Contract, the product will not be mechanically damaged externally. FotoBarons.lv keeps the right to charge a compensation fee or refuse to accept a product that is damaged, not in full set, or otherwise lost its original appearance.
  9. In order to use the right of withdrawal, you must inform SIA MINAPA (legal address Kr.Barona iela 32, Riga, LV-1011, phone + 371-25577822, e-mail salons@minapa.lv) about the decision to withdraw from this agreement with a clear notice, for example, using the sample Withdrawal form. To comply with the time limit for the right of withdrawal, the notification of the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent before the time limit of the right of withdrawal.
  10. Complaints received regarding the quality of the product will be resolved in accordance with the norms of the Law of the Republic of Latvia “Consumer Rights Protection Law” (PTAL) and the requirements of Cabinet of Ministrers Regulation No. 631. “Procedures for Applying and Examining a Consumer Claim for a Products or Services Not Conforming to the Regulations of the Contract”..
  11. PTAL norms do not apply in cases when the product is purchased by legal entities.
  12. Observing the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia, SIA MINAPA preserves the purchase agreements concluded with the buyers in the amount necessary for bookkeeping.
